All prices shown on Moxire.ch already include shipping costs, VAT and, where applicable, customs duties.  
No additional fees will be charged to the customer.

Processing and delivery times  
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.  
The estimated delivery time is generally 5 to 10 business days, regardless of the destination.  

Shipping and tracking  
Parcels are shipped with reliable partners (Swiss Post, DHL, UPS, etc.).  
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

We make every effort to respect the indicated delivery times. However, delays beyond our control (customs checks, carriers, public holidays) may occasionally occur.
